In just a few short days, the SSO team will be heading out to Las Vegas for this year’s Customer Contact Week (CCW), June 24-28th. Formerly known as Call Center Week, CCW is the number one conference & expo for CX, contact center and customer care professionals. With one of SSO’s focuses being on call center talent acquisition and management, this is an event we look forward to attending and speaking at annually. This year, Holly Bush, SSO’s Director of Business Development will be joining TalentKeeper’s CEO, Christopher Mulligan on Tuesday, June 25th for an interactive workshop titled, “Boost Your Business KPI’s with Employee Engagement Initiatives.” This session will run from 11:15 am to 1:45 pm and is a working lunch. She and Chris will also be hosting a series of Interactive Discussion Groups on “Agent Performance” on Wednesday, June 26th and will be at Booth 413 throughout the course of the conference.
